Christmas Korean Brands - Pre-Order
Our Korean Christmas Pre-Order will remain open until 3rd November.
We aim to dispatch all pre-order items within an estimated 2–4 weeks from the date the pre-order closes.
Please note that lead times may vary slightly — some items may arrive a little sooner or later than expected. We kindly recommend allowing a little extra time for your order to arrive.
You will receive an email notification once your pre-order items have arrived with us, followed by a dispatch confirmation once your parcel is on its way.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
If multiple pieces are purchased alongside a pre-order item, please note that these will be held and dispatched together in one shipment once your pre-order item arrives.
If you would prefer the in-stock items to be sent separately, this can be arranged for an additional £3.95 shipping fee.
