Refund policy

We really hope you love your products as much as us, in the instance where you do require a refund or exchange we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back us.  

To start a return please contact us at thelittlenuttree@outlook.com stating clearly your name and order number and we will get back to you promptly with the return address. 

Once your return has been accepted please ensure the label is still attached to the unworn goods and is returned in its original packaging. We also ask that you enclose the original invoice so we can process your order as promptly as possible.

We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working of receiving back your goods. You will be notified by us that we have processed your refunds.  

For any reason we believe an item has been worn, we hold the right to send this item back to you and you will not receive a refund. 

PLEASE NOTE - All Bespoke Products, Sale Items, Hair Accessories, Socks & Tights are non-returnable. 

Postage Costs 

We are unable to cover return postage costs. We strongly advise ask that all customers hold on to the proof of postage and where possible post the items back on a tracked service, we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit back to us. Any original postages costs will not be refunded. 

Faulty Items 

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, we ask that you to contact us immediately providing full details with images so we can process the return as quickly as possible for you. In the instance where an item is faulty we will happily offer you an exchange on returns of goods or a full refund including any postage costs. 

Shipping Costs on Full Order Returns 

If an order qualified for free shipping and upto 80% of the order is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be adjusted to deduct the cost of standard shipping. This is to cover the original postage cost incurred when the order was sent.
